Edwin Smith Sr

Edwin Smith has led a life fueled by passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in both sports and business. By first obtaining his B.A. in Business Administration, from Colorado College, Ed is a seasoned entrepreneur and community leader with over four decades of experience in business development and management. As the Founder and President of Cyber World Bahamas Ltd, he pioneered internet services in his homeland, Nassau, Bahamas, laying the groundwork for technological advancement. Ed’s role as President & CEO of Premier Ban Card Services solidified his position as a leader in merchant processing, driving innovation in financial transactions. His diverse background includes founding EASI ENTERPRISES, LLC., focusing on sales and marketing in various sectors, and holding key positions at Colorado National Bank. Committed to social responsibility, Ed spearheaded urban redevelopment projects through Ed Smith Properties, Inc., and established the Five Points Employment and Training Center, Inc. Today, as the visionary behind Innovations Group, LLC., Ed continues to explore new frontiers in investment and enterprise, motivated by innovation and a desire to make a lasting impact.

Ywanda Buckles-Ndiaye

In women and emerging professionals who are making a noteworthy impact within the construction industry. Ywanda Buckles-Ndiaye is a serial Entrepreneur, Commissioner, Community Philanthropist and Developer. One of her four companies came about when her interest in climate change and solar inspired her to become a Cofounder and Partner of a Minority Women owned company, MMM Global LLC a FINTEC and funding platform for Renewable Energy; solar arrays, EV charge stations and Solar Technologies corporation.

John Hall

John Hall is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of expertise spanning business management, construction, and the solar industry. With a robust technical background in solar commercialization and manufacturing, he has held diverse roles in research and development, pilot production facilities, and regional solar installation applications. John is actively involved in industry associations such as the American Vacuum Society and has chaired safety committees for the Associated Builders & Contractors, Rocky Mountain Chapter. He currently serves as an instructor for the Colorado community college system, teaching courses on renewable energy, OSHA compliance, lead awareness, and safety. Additionally, he has contributed to workforce development initiatives, including participating in training videos for solar manufacturing positions in Colorado through collaborations with organizations like the Adams County Workforce Center and the Colorado Solar Energy Industries Association (CoSEIA).
